I’m not getting most of the free items I sign up for. When I request them, they never come to my email. I am the Program Director for a public school based before/after program and always use my work email. Suggestions?

I love your stuff but am RARELY able to print or download anything. It takes me to multiple pages and then whatever you click onthere are more multiple pages andthen more and then more…..never a direct thing to print or download. I even just tried to download animal pack and went to print it in pdf and it said it couldn’t download/ope/print. This is a new computer…so it is not my computer.. Even when you send me something, the rare time I get it, it takes multiple pages to find it. this has happened for months. Has to be an easier way to get your ideas, but it is not working the way it is….every time and I am on at least 3 times a week.
Received the email to ‘Grab your free pack right now’ but it just takes me back to the website and honestly, I’ve been going round in circles…. do I just have to buy it, because I’m wasting alot of time now ?
I never find the link to print anything that is offered. I also don’t receive it in email. I’d like to try these things but nothing is ever available to be found and used. Thanks.

I love your activities. My question is: Is there any way that I could send videos to parents in Google Classroom. My pre-k kids would have a ball but I think their parents would need to see the “how-to” rather than just written directions.
